Three Waters Resort and Marina offers 14 acres of beach and marine activities with three heated outdoor pools, including a swim-up bar at the main pool. The Cove, a private adult-centric beach lagoon, provides a separate pool and beach area for guests seeking quiet. Complimentary water sports rentals include paddleboards and kayaks, and the on-site dive center arranges snorkeling and diving trips.

The resort has 182 guest rooms and suites with modern island-inspired decor, a cable TV, and an in-room safe. Many rooms offer ocean views from private balconies, especially in buildings like Atlantic Sunrise. Windley Key Fossil Reef Geological State Park is a 3-minute drive from the resort, and Key Largo is 21 minutes away. Guests can also visit the History of Diving Museum and Indian Key Historic State Park within a short distance.
