John Ash, recognized as Sonoma County's original farm-to-table restaurant since 1980, serves seasonal produce from on-site culinary gardens, fig and olive orchards. The menu is created by Executive Chef Tom Schmidt and the Vinarosa culinary team. Hotel guests receive complimentary wine tastings Thursdays through Saturdays from local legendary winery partners.

Vi La Vita Spa offers five treatment rooms, including a couples' massage suite, with services such as body scrubs, facial treatments, and massages. Vinarosa has 10,000 square feet of event space for meetings, conferences, and weddings. The property provides dedicated event venues including a newly renovated ballroom and outdoor ceremony spaces with vineyard views. Business travelers can access meeting/banquet facilities, fax/photocopying services, and express check-in/check-out.
