The Pfister Hotel displays the largest collection of Victorian artwork in any hotel worldwide, with paintings and sculptures throughout the public spaces. An Artist-in-Residence program brings local artists into the hotel to work and interact with guests daily. Evening entertainment includes live music performances and live piano music in the lobby bar, plus a jazz bar with live performances on select nights.

Spa & Wellness

The WELL Spa + Salon provides personalized spa experiences, including full body massages, facials, and salon services in a historic setting. An indoor swimming pool on the 23rd floor offers panoramic views of the city and Lake Michigan. The fitness centre is equipped with cardio machines and strength-training equipment.

Dining & Nightlife

Mason Street Grill serves American cuisine with wood-grilled steaks, sandwiches, and homemade desserts. Blu, the martini bar on the 23rd floor, offers panoramic city views and a selection of cocktails.
