Dining

Theodosia, an all-new dining concept by renowned chef Vivian Howard, is set to debut in late Spring 2025. The Beach House Bar serves craft cocktails and morning coffee with sunset views by the firepit. Exclusive gourmet picnic lunches are available for beach outings.

Spa & Wellness

The Spa at Sanderling offers a full menu of massages, facials, body treatments, and steam room access. Daily yoga classes are offered as part of the wellness program. The spa also provides manicures, pedicures, and hair services in a dedicated lounge.

Accommodations

All guest rooms have private balconies or patios with views of the ocean, sound, or resort grounds. Rooms have been renovated with coastal décor and include walk-in showers and mini refrigerators. The property offers pet-friendly rooms with designated amenities such as pet bowls.
