Accommodations

Forty 1 North has cottages, lofts, and suites with full kitchens, gas fireplaces, and floor-to-ceiling windows. Each room includes a media system, an iPad with free newspapers, and plush bathrobes and slippers. The hotel is pet-friendly and accommodates smaller pets in select rooms.

Dining

The hotel operates two on-site restaurants: The Grill, which offers grilled seafood, grilled meats, and a raw bar, and Christie's Bar, which serves casual New England fare. The Pavilion Bar is located over Newport Harbor and provides waterfront views. The private Wine Room and event spaces like The Gallery and Pavilion are available for private dining and gatherings.

Marina & Services

The dedicated on-site marina provides launching and washing-down services for yacht owners. Special daily parking rates are available for yacht owners and crew. The Gallery and Pavilion event spaces are suited for weddings and private celebrations.

Forty 1 North is a 4-minute drive from historic Newport and within walking distance of boutique shops along Thames Street. The Newport Mansions are a 5-minute drive away, and the International Tennis Hall of Fame is a 10-minute walk. The hotel is the first LEED-certified hotel in Rhode Island.
