Nobu Manalapan, a partnership with world-renowned chef Nobu Matsuhisa, serves Japanese cuisine with Peruvian influences, including the famous miso cod and omakase menus. Breeze Ocean Kitchen offers smash burgers and Caesar salads that guests have flown from New York to eat, while Polpo provides wood-fired pizzas and fresh seafood.
