Amenities & Pool

The Beach at Dream Downtown is a 5,000 sq ft outdoor deck with imported sand and cabanas. The glass-bottomed swimming pool is set in the ceiling and visible from the lobby. Guests can use the heated pool from 8:30-10:30am (all ages), 11am-4pm for adults only with a wristband surcharge, and 4-7pm free for guests 21 and older. Pool chairs require reservation between 11am-8pm at an additional cost.

Rooms

Rooms are fitted with designer furnishings and numerous porthole windows. Egyptian cotton bedding and courtesy plush bathrobes are provided. Custom artwork and high-definition plasma screen TVs are in each guest room. Some rooms offer direct walkout access to the pool deck.

Dining

On-site dining is managed by TAO Group, which operates Bodega Negra and Philippe. Natura Café serves a vegetable-forward menu and cold brew coffee. The hotel has two restaurants and a bar, plus a coffee house on site.

Entertainment & Nightlife

The PHD rooftop lounge offers skyline views and features rotating DJs playing electronic music. A nightclub on the top floor stays open until 4 AM, and sound-dampening buttons are available in guest rooms. Temporary art galleries are also located on site.

Location

The hotel sits between Chelsea and the Meatpacking District, a short walk from the High Line park and Chelsea Market. Hudson River Park is 1.4 km away, and Greenwich Village and New York Penn Station are within 1.6 km. The Empire State Building is 2.5 km from the property.
