Dining

The hotel has Hilo's only steakhouse, WSW The Steakhouse, which serves Prime Grade Black Angus steaks and a table-side Whisky Cart experience. The restaurant offers views of Hilo Bay and a floor-to-ceiling glass display with wines not found elsewhere in the state. Guests can also visit the Wai'oli Lounge for daily specials and live music, plus a complimentary breakfast with tropical fruit and pastries.

The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool and a well-equipped fitness center for guest use. On-site facilities include a gift shop and a beauty salon, as well as a coffee house on site. Free parking is available in an underground garage, and the 24-hour front desk offers ATM services.
