Amenities

The resort offers two heated pools: a family pool with a three-story waterslide and a separate adults-only pool with a bar. Guests have access to a 24-hour fitness center, tennis and pickleball courts with complimentary equipment, and a spa that provides massages, facials, manicures, and pedicures. Outdoor amenities include BBQ grills, a fire pit, walking paths through courtyards and gardens, and a picnic area.

Rooms

Accommodations range from studios to presidential suites, all with Southwestern décor and private patios or balconies. Select rooms include fully equipped kitchens with dishwashers, ovens, and stovetops, plus in-unit washer/dryer combinations. The one-bedroom master suite offers a whirlpool tub and separate living area.

Location

The resort sits in Peoria, 55 km from downtown Phoenix and 26 km from Lake Pleasant. Shopping centers, grocery stores, and restaurants are within 2 miles, and Peoria Sports Complex and State Farm Stadium are a short drive away. Scottsdale Airport is 35 km from the property.

Dining

There is no on-site restaurant; instead, a food truck by the main pool serves meals and drinks, and a bar operates at the adults-only pool. The former Franciscan Café space now functions as a bar open from noon. Discounts to local restaurants are available through the concierge.

Family

Children have access to the lagoon-style family pool with a three-story waterslide and a separate kids' pool. The resort organizes daily activities such as bingo, trivia, karaoke, and arts and crafts, plus oversized chess and Connect Four.
